POSITION RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1.Work closely with the team of failure analysis, supplier quality, process quality to drive the 8D investigation of 0km and warranty claim from OEM.
与故障分析，供应商质量，工艺质量团队紧密合作，推动零公里8D调查和OEM保修索赔。
2.Report to the OEM and fulfill customer’s requirement, including response time, understanding and acceptance.
向OEM汇报并满足客户的要求，包括响应时间、理解和验收。
3.Well understood OEM’s supplier management system and KPI for Tier-1. Take the full responsibility to drive good performance for Veoneer.
熟悉OEM一级供应商管理系统和KPI。承担全部责任，为维宁尔带来良好的业绩。
4.Work closely with project team to follow customer project time schedule and drive the PPAP preparation.与项目团队紧密合作，跟踪客户项目进度，推动PPAP的准备工作。
5.Organize and prepare customer audit/visit, e.g. fixed the date, agenda, internal preparation.组织和准备客户审核/访问，例如确定日期，议程，内部准备。
6.Document and summary customer finding during the audit.在审核过程中记录和总结客户发现。
7.Work closely with cross function team to drive the action plan for the finding on time.与
跨部门团队紧密合作，推动及时发现的行动计划。
8.Work closely with cross function team in CCB (Change Control Board) process, inform customer about the change and get customer approval according to the time schedule.
在变更控制委员会(CCB)过程中与跨部门团队紧密合作，通知客户变更并根据时间计划获得客户批准。
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 任职要求
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, 2+ years’ experience in Automotive industry company in Quality, Process function.
本科或以上学历，2年以上汽车行业质量、工艺部门工作经验。
2.Tier1 customer quality experience is preferred.
有Tier1客户质量管理经验的优先考虑。
3.Good communication ability to work effectively within a cross function and global team.
良好的沟通能力，能在跨部门和全球团队中有效工作。
4.English.
英语简单沟通。

Veoneer (Shanghai) Vehicle Safety System dedicates to provide high quality and efficient services in Chinese market to local clients. China R&D centers are located in Hongqiao Business District in Shanghai and Changsha City in Hunan Province, with a current R&D team of more than 200 people. The production base is located in the Shanghai Industrial Comprehensive Development Zone (SIDZ) in Fengxian District, Shanghai, and currently has a production team of more than 500 people.
