Your responsibilities
• Responsible for the technical work which related to the products introduction with R&D
• Cooperate with R&D and cross team to complete product configuration
• Cooperate with local team to align on new product technical solution according to market and engineering requirements
• Cooperate with engineering teams to complete the new product engineering solution, and prepare all the technical documents
Your background
• Bachelor or above in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation
• 5 years of engineering experience or R&D. Good command of power system knowledge and MV switchgear technology on manufacture process, standards and application.
• Be familiar with SAP, MS word and Excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks or Eplan etc.
• Fluent speaking, good written skill in both Chinese and English
• Good communication and presentation skill. Good collaboration with cross functions and team working
• Strong Leadership and team working capability. Ability to motive and develop people
• Result-orientated and high responsibility on the tasks. Strong ability on problem solving.
