1) Assist Marketing Manager to develop business objectives, marketing strategies and relevant execution plans to ensure all milestones are achieved；

2) Conduct regular market research and collect market intelligence on competitors’ campaign, consumer behavior and brand image analysis with recommendations and action plans；

3) Coordinating with internal and external parties, with a core focus on HKRI Taikoo Hui Marketing events (house event, tenant’s events, and third party’s events) by working closely with other marketing colleagues to achieve efficient integration in campaigns and projects;

4) Participation in planning and executing thematic event campaigns, including identifying suppliers, finalizing contract details, controlling cost, supervising production, and execution;

5) Connect and engage tenants and agencies in thematic events, tactical promotions, VIP program and casual leasing plan;

6) Generate and implement creative ideas, in terms of marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeting office tenants and retail consumers, hotels and serviced apartments guests, and to develop and execute monthly events and promotions plan;

7) Source and engage strategic partners including event agencies, event houses and production vendors, arts and cultural institutes, charitable organizations etc to uphold branding and marketing objectives.
