KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and maintain relationship with junior clients
• Follow up with junior clients on feedback and project status, analyze and clarify clients’ requirements
• Participate in briefing and presentation, ensure contact reports / recaps concise and accurate
• Foster good working relationships with internal stakeholders
• Check and finalize cost estimates and get approvals from clients
• Draft client OOS fees, pre-bid documents and production brief under supervision
• Accountable to train and guide AE/SAE on paperwork execution and daily operations
- Oversee and lead all executions of AE/SAE, with supervision from Director level, to ensure work delivered on-time and on-brief
- Oversee AE/SAE for meeting coordination, competitor review and client’s research
- Oversee AE/SAE to ensure all administrative work are up-to-date
