Key Responsibilities:
Organize order meeting and other related matters; apply the order management system including PLM construction, MP selection, EC/ special style ordering, ACC style operation, style change and adjustment, etc.
Inspection and maintenance of samples
Routine communication with buying team, assist Brand Director/Buying Head to arrange tasks or release daily notice to buying team
Pre-audit the payment applications of bulk production to ensure the accuracy; hand over payments to Finance Team twice a week
Responsible for attendance record of the team, and report to Operation Manager on a monthly basis
Prepare travel agenda for Brand Director/Buying Head
Deal with payment to overseas agents or collaborative parties
Other ad-hoc assigned by Brand Director/Buying Head

Requirements：
Bachelor degree or above, relevant work experience 1-3 years
Good communication and coordination skills
Independent personality, high efficiency and good at execution
Proactive and careful with work, good team spirit
Proficient with MS office, especially in Excel data processing and analysis
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, this position requires a lot of daily communication in English, prefer CET-4 level or above
