Hefei_热管理系统功能软件开发工程师
工作地点: Hefei
工作职责：
• 负责系统需求的萃取并输出软件需求文档；
• 负责整车热管理、空调控制策略及控制算法的设计开发工作；
• 根据软件需求完成架构设计、模块详细设计，并输出文档和UML工程；
• 依照软件开发流程完成项目各阶段软件的输出。
岗位要求：
• 本科及以上学历，电气自动化/电子信息/计算机/软件/通信等相关专业；
• 精通自控制算法模型搭建，掌握基于AutoSAR架构的模型搭建方法；
• 5~8年汽车电子软件开发经验，且4年以上新能源汽车热管理、空调控制系统开发经验；
• 熟悉AutoSAR架构，有AutoSAR应用项目开发经验；
• 掌握UML语言，能使用UML工具进行软件架构/详细设计；
• 能独立完成软件设计开发，环模及道路标定试验工作；
• 熟悉制冷系统原理，制冷相关部件控制策略，整车热管理标定试验，具备热泵系统开发经验者优先。
