As a member of the Data Engineering team, you’ll have access to the research, knowledge, and tools to create leading-edge solutions across Avanade’s Business Intelligence practice. The role of Data Engineer is perfect for ambitious technologists passionate about working with the latest Microsoft cloud technology and Microsoft experts. Our clients look to us for innovation, which means you’ll have early access to the newest Microsoft technologies so you can master them and stay ahead of the curve.

What you’ll do

· Development, delivery, and support of enterprise-grade analytics solutions based on Azure and Databricks technologies

· Working on high profile projects with well-known clients across various sectors

· Constantly develop technical skills in the latest Azure and Databricks technologies - achieving & maintaining relevant certifications

Skills and experiences

Existing experience in Data Engineering, ideally with large volumes of data, experience with data platform implementation

Experience in working with the latest Azure technologies, Databricks, Azure Data Factory

Experience the big data solution, including spark, hive, Hadoop.

Experience the BI/DW projects, familiar with the concept of the ETL.
