岗位职责(RESPONSIBILITIES)

1. 对公司IT机房，各应用服务器，通讯系统，邮件服务器进行维护升级，配置管理。
Manage, maintain, monitor and upgrade the IT data-center, including application servers, communication systems and mail server of the company
2. 对所有IT软，硬件设备的按固定资产标准进行管理，并符合总部的IT标准。
Manage all IT software and hardware equipment according to the Fixed Assets Standard and meet the IT Standards set by Euro Group.
3. 制定内部的IT管理制度，确保各项软，硬件采购，升级，账号新增在流程管理范围内。
Establish internal IT management instructions to ensure that all software and hardware procurement, upgrades and account user adding are within the scope of process management.
4. 负责公司ERP的上线，维护，升级以及各模块的用户培训。
In charge for the ERP system set up, maintain, upgrade and training about each ERP module.
5. 根据总部要求对ERP系统进行配置，模块化整合。
Follow the requirements of Euro Group to configure and modularize the ERP system.
6. 定期收集各部门用户的IT需求，进行需求分析，给出可行性报告。
Collect the IT requirements from users in each department on a regular base, then analyze the requirements and provide the feasibility report.
7. 对日常工作网络环境进行监控，确保内，外网连接无安全风险。
Monitor the daily work network environment to ensure that there are no security risks in both internal and external network connections.
8. 日常业务数据的定期备份，灾难恢复，敏感数据的保密机制。
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures. Specifically, regular backup and check of daily business data, data recovery and check after damage, confidentiality setting on sensitive data.
9. 紧急突发情况处理，及时恢复正常。
Deal with emergencies and restore systems to normal performance on time
10.完成上级领导及总部交付的其它任务。
Complete other ICT tasks from superior leaders and headquarters.
任职资格 (QUALIFICATIONS):

教育背景(EDUCATION BACKGROUND):
◆ 本科及以上学历，计算机，电子信息，通信工程等专业。
◆ having a bachelor’s degree in information technology electronic information, communication engineering, etc.
培训经历(TRAINING EXPERIENCE):
◆ 微软系统，网络技术，数据库知识，虚拟机安装配置。
◆ known expertise on Microsoft technologies, networks, database knowledge, virtual machine installation configuration.
◆ excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize
◆ troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT
经 验(WORKING EXPERIENCE):
◆ 5年及以上企业IT管理工作经验；
◆ At least 5 years’ experience in IT management role
技能技巧(SKILLS):
◆ 精通计算机软，硬件及周边，有一定的生产ERP知识，基本的英文沟通能力
◆ proficient in computer software, hardware and other related areas, have a certain knowledge of ERP system and processes, especially on production, basic English communication skills
