职责描述：
1. Plan, implement and maintain HiL test benches incl. ECU modules, injection devices, measurement devices and data logger from HW perspective for brands such as Volkswagen, Audi and Porsche).

2. Coordinate test automation activities from HW perspective.

4. Plan and logistics management of related hardware including test bench and testing ECUs based on each VR.

任职要求：
 Knowledge of automotive electronics as well as extensive knowledge of real-time simulation, test engineering and test automation

 Knowledge in environment simulation of driver assistance systems (VTD, ADTF, etc.)

 Deep knowledge of vehicle bus systems (LIN, CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet)

 10 years or above experience in automobile design or testing
10年或以上的汽车设计或测试经验
 8 years or above experience in test bench design and build up

 5 years or above project experience for VW Group engineering development or testing department
5年或以上VW相关工程开发或测试的项目经验
 5 years or above G-HIL commission experience
5年或以上G-HIL调试经验
 5 years or above powertrain test bench experience
5年或以上动力系统测试台架经验
 Master or Diploma degree in in electrical engineering, computer science, mechatronics or equivalent.
电气工程、计算机科学、机电一体化硕士或Diploma或同等学历
 Good skills of oral and written English, extra German would be appreciated.
良好的英语听说读写能力，有额外德语能力者更优。
