Description:
- Develop both long-term and short-term strategic plans for China business, based on consumer insights, market scan, and competitor analysis.
- Lead the design of growth strategy and new business plan with GM.
- Work closely with senior management, providing advice and support on strategic issues.
- Drive consumer insights and competition analysis, identify strategic focus and growth pillars to significantly improve profitability.
- Lead/facilitate cross-function team to develop detailed work plan to fulfill strategic goals, business priorities and manage projects implementation milestones.
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategic plans, ensuring they proceed as planned and taking corrective actions as necessary.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business management, strategic management, marketing, etc.
- Consulting firm background plus corporate strategy experiences, healthcare and MNC background is highly preferred.
- Good business acumen and financial understanding, good learning agility, and strong insight generation
- Mature and humble communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication/writing skills both in Chinese and English.
- Excellent excel(modeling) and PPT skills.
