主要工作职责Main Responsibilities

1. Plans and updates EHS program and execute required measures in cooperation with EHS manager and departmental safety officers.

2. Implement EHS audits. Including system internal audit, EHS specialized inspections, assist to organize management safety walk. Track the completion status of safety walk and ask team to follow up.

3. EHS data management. Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually EHS KPI monitoring and tracking. Col-lect related EHS figures and deliver the result of KPI. Maintain and update MIK and government official systems.

4. Manage and maintain departmental safety officer team, provide advisories for department EHS devel-opment.

5. Organize EHS committee meeting, assist EHS manager to draft meeting materials, collect other de-partment meeting materials and track meeting minutes.

6. Assist EHS manager to create annual EHS calendar, lead and follow up EHS activity running status.

7. Liaison with the 3rd party to carry out regular environment emission and occupation health hazard moni-toring.

8. Liaison with medical service agency for occupational health check.

9. Collect, identify, and output the follow-up actions from latest EHS laws and regulations.

10. Advise and participate in incident investigation, track the implementation of corrective & preventive ac-tions.

11. Assist EHS manager to deliver annual emergency drill plan and monitor each emergency drill practice status.

12. Manage, monitor, and check hazardous waste, general waste, emission and noise condition.

13. Other tasks assigned by EHS manager and upper management .


任职资格Experience and Competencies


1. Bachelor’s degree in safety engineering, environmental engineering, electrical/mechanical engineering is preferred, or similar background related to EHS.

2. 3+ years working experience in EHS management of manufacturing companies.

3. Familiar with EHS management system (ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and carbon footprint management.

4. Strong interpersonal skill, able to effectively communicate internally and externally.

5. Good English communication skill and computer skill.

6. Self-motivated
