Establish, maintain and continuously improve HSE management system in China commercial organization, and area/office where supports China commercial (including office, warehouse, etc), to ensure that clear plans, resources and accountabilities are in place to maintain compliance with national & local HSE related regulations and S+N standards, deliver the annual HSE goals, and support the implementation of the Corporate ESG & HSE strategy, as well as the business success in China commercial.

Responsibilities:
 Develop, maintain and improve HSE management system. Drive and oversee the HSEMS implementation within China Commercial.开发、维护及改善HSE管理体系。驱动并监督HSE管理体系的执行。

 Maintain HSE regulations & standards management program (collection, update, evaluation, communication, etc). Inform/alert management team for any illegal risk at first time, provide professional advice and track mitigation actions. 维护HSE相关法律法规和标准管理系统(收集、更新、评估、沟通等)。第一时间向管理层汇报或发出警告任何违规的风险,提供专业建议并跟踪整改措施。

 Coordinates the efforts in the development, implementation, and facilitation of HSE Committees. 协调HSE委员会的建立、实施及促进工作。

 Develop & maintain emergency response program & procedure. Coordinates the establishment of Emergent Response Team(ERT) and the development of its competency.Draft & oversee the implementation of annual drill plans.开发和维护应急响应系统和流程。协调应急响应团队的建立和能力开发。制定年度应急演练计划并监督其执行。

 Facilitate the development and delivery of HSE training programs, to meet regulatory and business needs.主导HSE培训系统的开发及实施,以满足法规及业务需求。

 Develop the program of internal HSE audits/inspection, and the competency of internal inspection team. Facilitate the audit/inspection schedule and implementation.发展内部HSE审核/检查系统及内部检查团队的能力。主导HSE审核/检查计划及实施。

 Be a business partner and provide competent HSE expertise/advice, ie large-scale event, exhibition layout, new product introduction/register, construction/decoration project, warehouse, hazardous waste management, etc. 成为业务伙伴并提供专业HSE建议,比如大规模的活动、展会布置、新产品导入/注册、施工/装修项目、仓库、危废管理,等。
 Carry out HSE related employee campaign and activities periodically. 定期开展相关HSE的员工活动。

 Develop and maintain Incident management procedure. Collect and escalate incident in a timely manner, and provide expertise in incident investigation. Support work-related injury declaim work. 开发和维护事故管理流程。及时收集并汇报事故,并在事故调查中提供专业意见。

 Communicate and deliver external & internal HSE information (HSE related authorities, global & regional HSE). Collect & manage related HSE records, files, documentation, data, etc., and prepare HSE regular report. 沟通和传达内外部HSE(HSE相关政府部门;总部及区域HSE)相关信息。收集和管理相关的HSE记录、文件、信息及数据,并准备HSE定期报告。

Location: Shanghai

Education:
BS degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Management or equivalent. 学士学位,工程、职业安全健康、环境管理类或相关专业

Licenses/ Certifications: Prefer: Registered Safety Engineer注册安全工程师;Auditor, ISO14001/45001.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years demonstrated HSE working experience, experience in commercial and warehouse will be preferred.
至少5年以上HSE工作经验,优先有在商务部门及仓库区域的HSE经验。

Competences:
Strong communication & influence competency较强的沟通和影响能力
Fluent in English, both written and oral. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
Travel Requirements: 10–25%
