Job Responsibilities:
1. Contributes to operational excellence in HR by efficiently and accurately executing processes related to employment compliance, payroll, absence management, time tracking, benefits administration, HR Activities and employee data management.
2. Periodical review induction materials to provide correct and up-to-date company information to new employees to facilitate smooth settle in.
3. Conduct exit interviews & check out process; co-ordinate and prepare monthly fluctuation reports. Analyse exit information; highlight turnover issues to assist senior management.
4. Develop, recommend and implement employee relationship program, policies and practices to ensure and maintain the ability to attract, motivate and retain a competent workforce in the company.
5. Ensure labor contract law and regulation compliance, regular updates management on new changes and ensure all HR policies in accordance with labor law and corporate guideline.
6. Works closely with company’s legal department and HR concerned leaders to revise HR Handbook, related regulations, processes, templates accordingly.
7. Manage terminations, dismissals and redundancies efficiently and provide advice to the management as to the cost effective path to pursue.
8. Be responsible for Employment Contract and personal file.
9. Implement HR projects and initiatives according to company requirements.
10. Provide a highly efficient, productive, and safe working environment to associates, providing these services in an effective and efficient manner and ensure office operation is well maintained.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, with 2 to 4 years' experience in ER and Admin.
2. Proficient in labor law and other related regulations.
3. Strong communication skill, strong people skill.
4. A good team player, well organized, self-starter, high level of accuracy and detail orientated.
5. Workable English skill.
