岗位职责:

•技术销售代表工作职责包括但不限于以下描述：
Technical Sales Representative includes but is not limited to the following:
• 负责宁夏、甘肃市场的产品销售推广，对接当地奶牛场。
Responsible for Promoting Market Awareness and Products in Ningxia and Gansu.
• 负责并推动完成公司下达的销售目标；
Responsible for Completion of Sales Targets determined by the Company
• 市场信息的及时反馈；
Timely feedback of market information
• 负责经销商及客户的产品知识介绍及相关培训；
Responsible for carrying out distributor and customer training in relation to our products and related services
• 配合客户关于市场策略及品牌的宣传活动（仅限我司产品）。
Co-operate with key accounts on market strategy and brand promotion events (Alltech products only)
• 记录每天的工作内容，按时完成周报的汇报工作。
Keep a record of work completed and provide weekly reports in a timely manner
• 负责客户货款的催收及帐期信息反馈。
Responsible for following up with customers on overdues and providing feedback on credit term information
• 配合公司其它部门的与销售相关的工作。
Work on matters across departments which involves the sales team.
• 完成领导交办的其它工作。
Complete any other tasks delegated by department head.
任职条件 Essential Skills
• 学历背景：本科以上学历，研究生优先；动物科学相关专业，反刍动物营养相关专业
Educational Background- Bachelor’s degree but preference will be given to Master degree holders with Animal science in Ruminant nutrition related major.
•有奶牛场相关工作经验或者反刍饲料厂驻场技术服务工作经验
Have experience working at/with dairy farm or onsite technical service experience at ruminant feed mill
•基本的英语听说读写能力
Basic English Skills.
• 饲料添加剂或者动保公司从业3年以上工作经历；
At least 3 years working experience in a feed additive company or animal health company
• 学习能力强，做事积极勤奋；心态好，思路清晰。
Strong learning ability, diligent, conscientious with a clear logical mind.
