Who you are:
Responsible for customer orders handling and ensure the smooth operation on the day to day customer service activities.
 
About the job:
-General通用部分:

l Receive customer orders from ordering system/mail.
l Key in customer orders to system, work together with Master planner to fix and reply the OA and OA strcuture.
l Responsible for orders handling in D365 system.
l Ensure effective communication of all sales orders for the delivery issues both internally and externally.
l Reply mails from customers in time.
l Receive and feedback customers requests and arrange customer factory visit accordingly.
l Invoice sales orders and arrange the delivery based on terms of delivery on time. Support customs inspection documentation if necessary .
l Base on the OA change rule to follow the OA change request both externally and internally.
l Ensure efficient and effective customer service with focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
l Coordinates FAT dates, receptions and FAT comments transfer.
l Product certificate and factory test report collection, paper certificate courier to the customer.
l DN handling related OH parts.
 
 
-Special特殊部分: 

l Run monthly meeting with SH sales to make sure the business running smoothly.
l Finish weekly and monthly reports.
l Take an active role in the DSB performance meetings and improvement meetings.
l CU updating/yearly FC
l Other jobs assigned by line manager.
 
What you know:
1.    Bachelor 211/985
2.    Have related internship and major
3.    English is fluent
4.    Graduated in 2023/2024
5.    Good grades
6.    Experienced in MS OFFICE esp: excel and powerPoint
7.    Excellent English both in spoken and written.
