岗位描述：
o Work for production plan and organize team members to ensure and carry on the production plan.
o 按照生产计划，组织人员进行生产任务。
o Completing production process, including the production safety, quality, operators, etc. Normative
o 确保生产过程中产品质量、生产安全等事宜。
o Responsible for employee communication, grasps the employees of the report.
o 做好员工沟通，保持人员稳定。
o Implementing the 5S to ensure workplace clean and tidy and orderly.
o 实施5S，确保生产现场整洁有序。
o On-site control, actively promote the production efficiency.
o 现场控制，有效提高生产效率。
o Familiar with IATF16949 Quality System Management or VDA6.3 system.
o 熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系或者VDA6.3体系。
o Responsible for both of day and night shift production about safety, 5S management and labor discipline.
o 确保夜班生产人员操作安全、5S管理、劳动纪律；
o Responsible for the IPPM management. Reduce the internal NG rate and scrap rate.
o 保证产品质量，减少产品不良率、报废率；
o Responsible for contingency plan to be effectiveness.
o 保证应急计划的有效性。
Job requirements：
岗位要求：
o College degree or above. 大专以上学历。
o SPC data analysis, PDCA, 5W1H, 5M1E, etc.
o SPC数据分析，戴明环逻辑，5W1H项目管理，5M1E变化点管理，等必要的生产管理工具。
o Lean production basic knowledge. Continuous improvement by lean tools.
o 精益生产基础知识。用精益的知识进行持续改进。
o Well data statistics by excel file. Find problem and take effective actions from data analysis results.
o 良好的Excel数据统计工作。从数据中发现问题并采取有效措施。
o English literacy.
o 英语读写能力。
o Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and familiar with safety regulations system.
o 较强的责任性，良好的沟通技巧，熟悉生产安全规章。
o Works well with others and engenders a spirit of trust and teamwork.
o 与他人合作良好，并产生信任和团队合作的精神。
o More than 3 years production management experience.
o 3年以上生产管理经验
