1、建立健全设备设施维修管理规章制度

2、负责维修技术支持以及组织完成维修技术方案、规格书编制
Responsible for maintenance technical support and organize the completion of maintenance technical plans and specifications
3、负责设备日常维修、维修计划进度跟踪反馈
Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment and the tracking and feedback of the progress of the maintenance plan
4、建立健全维修计划并组织实施，并实施跟踪闭环管理

5、负责维修技术档案管理，包含维修合同、维修单、大修项修完工资料统计

6、负责维修成本、付款进度、预提费用、维修相关数据统计

7、监督部门维修相关体系的制定、更新、维护和管控体系的执行

8、确定考核指标衡量维修绩效

9、设置维修绩效目标

10、确保不一致项采取行之有效的整改措施并持续改进
