Key Responsibility

1，Assess the supply market; apply industry best practices and sourcing opportunities: business trends, market conditions and supplier cost structure and benchmarks, etc.
2，Develop local supplier base through searching, sample qualification and audit.
3，Identify qualified suppliers or develop new suppliers to execute sourcing activities (inquiry, negotiation, contracting, etc.) for assigned sourcing projects.
4，Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments in clarifications and decisions of technical and quality topics.
5，Manage relationships with suppliers; drive continues improvement in terms of cost, delivery, quality, service and responsiveness.
Requirement：
1，Bachelor’s Degree or above, in engineering background.,
2，Capability of reading mechanical engineering drawings.
3，Collaborative and a positive mind-set; curious personality with high motivation for constant personal development.
4，Sound skills in project management, price negotiation and data analysis.
5，In-depth knowledge of china supply market is preferred.
6，Fluent in Written English
