Main Tasks:
- Implement and maintain the Global Management System, compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22163, IATF 16949 requirements, keep continuous improvements on GMS.
- Coordinate on customer audit and 3rd party audit, follow up corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Support and qualify new projects on quality management system.
- Support other departments on quality management system, develop and conduct training programs on GMS and other analysis tools (5W, 8D, DMAIC etc.)
- Plan and manage on annual internal audit, includes system audit, process audit and workshop audit, ensure the implementation, follow up on corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness.
- Responsible for Internal auditors' development plan, auditing / auditor performance evaluation and improvement proposal.
- Responsible for Babtec Complaint tool training and KPI management.
- Coordinate on product certification with AG, local certification organization and internal manufacturing work units.
- Support document control center, work along Document controller to ensure Local archiving compliance and efficiency. Backup for Document controller position
- To work as product compliance local coordinator, communicate with group product compliance team, support on local material compliance and product safety inquiry.
- Other tasks related to quality system arranged by line manager.

Essential requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, Engineering or management relevant major.
- 7-10 years working experience in multi-national company.
- Deep understanding of process management concepts, has enough practical experience.
- Familiar with ISO9001 / ISO22163 /IATF16949, VDA system.
- Solid Knowledge on quality tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
