负责汽车整车内饰质量控制，包括内饰设计、制造、测试等工作。
主要职责：
负责汽车内饰的设计、测试与验证，确保产品符合设计要求和行业标准；
协助项目经理进行项目计划和进度跟踪，并参与项目阶段的评审工作；
负责检测车内空气质量，并记录测试结果，确保产品满足相关法规和标准；
根据客户需求和市场情况，定期更新和优化内饰设计，提高产品的舒适性和安全性；
参与生产线上的技术问题，协助解决，并确保产品按时交付；
撰写产品检测报告和测试报告，跟进产品质量和客户满意度。
职位要求：
本科以上学历，汽车工程专业背景，1-3年相关工作经验；
熟悉汽车内饰设计、测试等相关工作流程，了解相关法规和标准；
良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，具备一定的项目管理经验；
熟练掌握内饰检测仪器的使用和数据分析；
熟悉常用的办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等。CATIA。
