职责描述:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

•To have clear, timely and effective communication with Head Office depts., Product Managers, Regional Manager and/or HRBP and Commercial team and with the store overall with the relevant follow-ups
高效沟通：及时准确地跟总部产品经理，人事和区域经理沟通店铺情况

•To manage conflict effectively respecting Company standards
根据公司标准管理顾客投诉和冲突

•To give and receive constructive and honest feedback and criticism for/from people they work with in a positive manner and to use it for their own development and their team
聆听店铺同事的建设性反馈，并能采纳有效反馈用于团队发展

•To develop the team through performance reviews and Personal development plans with the relevant follow-ups
用绩效回顾的方式发展团队，并为团队成员制定相关提升计划

•To use commercial information and product knowledge to drive sales and other activity in the store using the internal tools provided
运用销售策略信息，产品知识以及内部提供的工具来提升销售
•To manage the budget of hours in the store effectively

• Ability to handle pressure and react quickly to situations making timely decisions in challenging conditions and circumstances
• 具备处理压力管理和快速反应，快速决策的能力
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• 精通口头和书面的沟通技巧
• Speaks English and Chinese, University degree and above
可以中英文沟通，大专以上学历
