Position: Technical Service Engineer
Location: Nanjing
Responsibilities:
1.According to company regulations and customer needs, regularly or irregularly visit customers in the responsible area, receive technical consultation, provide technical support services for customers during product use, and solve production technical problems; And timely and accurately fill out relevant reports and records.
2.In the process of technical services, grasp market information, customer business dynamics, and report in a timely manner, while providing reasonable suggestions.
3.Assist sales engineers in handling product application and performance matters, support sales to gain business and promote the company's products
Assist product engineers in related work, learn and understand the performance and application of new products on site, and improve technical service capabilities.
4.Independently configure new customer slots (mature products) to ensure product performance meets customer needs.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree, majored in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and related.
2.Experienced in electroplating/metal finishing is preferred.
3.Good English skill in reading and writing.
4.Plan to settle down in Nanjing.
5.Good logical thinking, good learning agile, willing to develop.
