Responsibilities:
? Develop and deliver tailored English language training programs for top-level executives, focusing on business English communication skills.
? Design and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in a professional context.
? Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize learning materials accordingly.
? Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including role-plays, case studies, and interactive activities, to ensure effective learning outcomes.
? Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to participants to help them improve their language proficiency.
? Monitor and evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
? Collaborate with management to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive language training program.
? Stay updated on the latest trends and resources in English language teaching and incorporate them into classroom activities.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
? Proven experience teaching English to adult learners, preferably in a corporate or business environment.
? Strong knowledge of business English concepts, vocabulary, and communication skills.
? Familiarity with the specific challenges faced by top-level executives in a global business setting.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with high-profile professionals.
? Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective and engaging English language training programs.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
