Main work content:
?Contact shipper and confirm the cargo details, shipping documents, shipping term etc. with them.
?Actively coordinate with shipper, co-loaders, customs broker, truck vendors etc. and update the shipment status to all related parties to ensure safe, timely, accurate and smooth daily operation through the whole transportation chain.
?Timely feedback to CS and department managers on unexpected events or issues that cannot be resolved during the operation process.
?To ensure all documentation are prepared timely and correctly as per CS and SI/SOP.
?To ensure data are entered into system timely and accurately according to SI/SOP.
?AR/AP analysis, timely revenue/cost entry and issue invoices to clients.
?Timely job closing and job filing.
?Tracking T/T in advance payment and overdue payment.
?Prepare reports such as daily report, billing report or other tailor-made reports (if required) timely with high data quality.
Requirements
?Educational degree: College degree or above, major in Logistics/International Trade/Business English or relevant are preferred.
?At least 3 years of business operation experience in the field of international air transportation, familiar with the whole chain of air transportation operation.
?Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
?Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills. Ability to analyze and organize data is a plus
?Establish and maintain the good relationship with local clients and co-loader partners, provide satisficed service with professional solutions efficiently.
?Other tasks from the Department Manager.

确保所有文件按照CS和SI/SOP及时、正确地准备。
根据SI/SOP确保数据及时准确地输入系统。
应收帐款/应收帐款分析，及时录入收入/成本，并开具发票给客户。
及时完成工作并归档。
跟踪电汇预付款和逾期付款。
?及时准备高质量的报告，如每日报告，账单报告或其他定制报告(如果需要)。
需求
学历:大专以上学历，物流、国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业优先。
?3年以上国际航空运输领域业务运营经验，熟悉航空运输全链条运营。
?合法允许在业务所在国工作。
?熟练使用微软办公软件(Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)和一般的互联网导航和研究技能。具备数据分析和组织能力尤佳
?与当地客户及合作伙伴建立并维护良好的合作关系，以专业的解决方案为客户提供满意的服务。
