MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 制定人员培训计划,培训和指导员工熟悉和掌握仓库作业相关标准作业流程,尤其是CT系统作业操作流程。
• 负责城市大道收货区日常的收货、发货以及餐食配送工作,包括人员排班、任务分配、业务沟通及异常情况处理等工作。
• 负责城市大道收货区各项指标的达成。包括将滞后指标分解到前导指标并借助运营回顾会议机制监控各成绩指标的达成情况。
• 负责安排对于异常情况的调查、分析及改进等工作,包括异常数据搜集、分析以找到根本原因并据此制定改进行动并定期对于异常进行总结和汇报。
• 负责基于上报和反馈方式的有效沟通,以确保所有员工对于企业愿景、文化、政策以及任务的充分理解和达成共识。
• 负责城市大道收货区域运营设备的例行检查和维护,以确保设备的干净、整洁以及所需的可靠性。
• 其他分派的任务。
• Responsible for the development of team member training plan, training and coaching team member to familiarize and master the related SOPs on warehouse operation, especial for the system of Crunch Time.
• Responsible for the daily work management for receiving area of city walk just like goods receiving, picking and dispatching. It includes team line scheduling, task assignment, business communication and issue solving etc.,
• Responsible for the achievement of all KPIs for receiving area of city walk, it includes break down lagging KPIs to leading and monitor its implementation result at different level via the mechanism of operational review.
• Responsible for the arrangement for the investigation, analysis and improvement against issues. It includes abnormal data collection, analysis to address the root cause and trigger the correction action accordingly. meanwhile regular review the summarized issues and report as well.
• Responsible for efficient communication via escalation and feedback to ensure full understanding and alignment on company's vision, culture, policies and tasks for all team members.
• Responsible for regular inspection and maintenance of all equipment for receiving area of city walk to ensure not only cleanliness and tidiness, but also the asset intensity in good place.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using money, weight measurement, volume and distance.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. Assist schedule team to edit and make TM shift schedule and operation plan.
• 5 years or above working experience in FMCG industry, including 2 years at least in leadership.
• Familiar with WMS logic and its operation, understanding working process for related modules just like order allocation and material management. Experience in WMS implementation must be more desirable.
• Good communication and coordination skills, strong responsibility and team work spirit.
• Basic communication ability of English in writing and reading, speaking.
• Need Hygiene & Food Safety certificate
EDUCATION:
College or above, regardless of gender, logistics or supply chain is preferable.
