 Executes EC acquiring business plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.


 Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within acquiring team and other functional teams.


 Build up relationship with acquirer partners and big merchants partners to push EC Direct Link Systems and innovation products implementation.

 Work with external clients (acquirers, merchants) and partners (solution vender, etc.) to develop EC acceptance and manage E2E implementation process.

 Responsible for the growth and measurable performance and results delivery of merchant number.

 Lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Have accountability for ongoing activities and objective.

 Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise to Direct Link Systems.

 Teamwork with internal teams across different functions to deliver EC value of prospects.

 Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

 Works within broad guidelines and policies.
Requirements:

 Recognized Bachelor degree or above.

 Minimum 5 years Sales or Project management experience in payment industry is must.

 In-depth knowledge in own and basic knowledge of payment industry.

 Has relationship management skill and analytical skill to understand new opportunities.

 Good oral and written communication in English, in particular, the ability to explain matters to external counterpart and internal stakeholders.

 Maintains grace under pressure and demonstrates the ability to impart discipline and calm to stressful situations. Holds their own in live discussions where differing views are expressed.

 Can-do attitude and think-out-of-box mindset.

 Optimistic to the challenges and difficulties with passion and confidence. Actively probe different approach to find a solution with can-do attitude.

 Works independently, receives minimal guidance. Do what needs to be done and what is right.
