我们的客户是一家知名医疗器械集团公司，下设多个产业集团，围绕医疗器械及其他相关医疗产业布局研产销一体的闭环业务。集团具备强内部创新孵化能力，同时具备体系化的赋能和支持下设的多个产业分子公司。
现为进一步加强集团总部招聘团队赋能分子公司的能力，助力集团整体业务发展，招聘一位擅长招聘专家的加入。
岗位职责：
招聘COE
o 基于集团人力资源策略及下设产业公司业务实际需求，梳理、优化集团招聘制度规范
o 梳理、整合、优化相关招聘渠道及使用政策，并推动其下沉落地
o 支持集团公司雇主品牌的更新及相关项目的支持与落地
招聘交付：
o 负责集团层面各大专业中心相关岗位的人才招聘全流程管理
o 根据集团战略规划的制定及更新，负责相关创新孵化项目团队人才的招募及组建
o 负责相关岗位的交付及人才mapping
校园招聘：
o 参与支持校园招聘项目的落地
o 参与校企关系的建立与日常维护
支持集团招聘负责人及管理层在其他人才引进项目上的落地执行
理想的候选人：
统招本科及以上学历，985/211高校背景
5-8年专注招聘领域，具备乙方猎头行业经验，复合甲方企业招聘运营经验尤佳
在招聘运营管理、雇主品牌建立、校园招聘等方面有夯实的项目管理经验和能力或潜力意识
了解甲方公司内部招聘团队的日常运营、跨部门沟通协调、项目进度把控、业务支持场景，并具备相关意识与能力
具备医疗器械行业公司相关招聘COE经验
具备集团总部中高层职能岗位招聘全周期管理项目成功经验尤佳
强沟通能力、强韧性及抗压能力；强多任务处理能力及项目管理能力
