Main responsibilities：

• Secure Products to meet Final Demand requirement and drive cross-function work within responsible system area both in running and project.

• Responsible for geometry from single parts to final vehicle in one system area (Front/Rear/Door/Upper/Under) both in running and project.

• Provide System Solution for problem solving both in 1st analysis and 2nd analysis.

• Lead the product verification and pre-matching in nominal module, pre-matching equipment and on geometry body within each geometry system area

• Responsible to establish and compile Geometry Deviation Reports. The reports shall also include the PIRA situation, Audit remarks and action plans.

• Responsible to report final demands related product problems in PIRA and shall be verification responsible.

• Transfer Lessons Learned to new programs

• Judge and define additional measuring requirements for analysis in best way and give interpretation and suggestion based on the measurements.

• Proactive to send alarms to Production by analyzing process data

• Analysis of results of Supplier Measurement and assessment of impact on final vehicle.

• Recommendation & Evaluation of modifications and adjustments resulting from analysis in the plant.

• Support for Supplier Fixture checking

• Support ME Body and ME TCF for fixtures Design review

• Support SQM/SGM/Supplier fixtures Design review

• Responsible for acting fastener tools, tightening strategies, detection and monitoring methods

• 负责运行和项目中一个系统区域（前/后/门/上/下）中从单个零件到最终车辆的几何形

• 为解决一线分析和二线分析中的问题提供系统解决方案。

• 领导每个几何系统区域内标称模块、预匹配设备和几何体的产品验证和预匹配

• 负责建立和编制几何偏差报告。 报告还应包括 PIRA 情况、审计意见和行动计划。

• 负责在PIRA 中报告最终需求相关的产品问题并负责验证。

• 以合适方式判断和定义分析的附加测量要求，并根据测量给出解释和建议。

• 通过分析过程数据主动向生产部门发送警报

• 支持供应商夹具检查

• 支持ME Body 和ME TCF 进行夹具设计审查

• 支持SQM/SGM/供应商夹具设计审核

• 负责执行紧固件工具、拧紧策略、检测和监控方法
Experience Required ：

• More than 5 years’ working experience.

• 5年以上工作经验

• CMM measurement experience is preferred.

• 有三坐标测量经验者优先

• Automobile industry experience is preferred.

• 有汽车行业经验者优先

• Good English reading & writing.

• 较好的英语读写能力

• Good computer and MS office skills

• 熟悉计算机操作, 熟悉MS office软件的使用

Academic Qualifications Required：

• Bachelor Degree or above

• 本科及以上学历

• Majored in vehicle engineering or manufacturing is preferred.

• 汽车工程专业优先
