职责描述：
• Directly responsible for daily operation of the area stores in a safety and compliance condition
• Leading area team to achieve optimum financial results for responsible city or area by maximizing top-line sales potential. Minimize expense costs to grow EBIT beyond budgeted goals and well control store shrinkage according to the SOP.
• Recruits, hires, trains, develop and evaluate performance of store management to meet district and company needs. Maintains a constant core of promotable people to fuel retail strategic growth objectives.
• Provides adequate challenges for top performers to retain these individuals within the organization.
• Conducts store visits to ensure standards of the Company are met.
• Reinforces the Company’s commitment to customer service, through the five professional standards, with all employees.
• Ensures that stores are merchandised in a way that is consistent with Company philosophies and merchandising plans.
• Encourages and participates in the free flow of information and communication with all store employees. Seeks and resolves employees/managers conflicts fairly, and in a timely manner.
• Performs ad hoc projects as directed by the District Manager and the corporate offices.

任职要求：
• Degree holder business administration or related disciplines
• At least 4 years relevant experience in managing retail stores
• Multi-store retailing operations management experience is must
• Positive, passionate, can motive employee and work under pressure
• Good communication skill and team-work
