Responsibilities:
•            Assist in planning event schedules and executive events tied with marketing plan and campaign
•            Onsite execution based on maintaining/social with existing clients, engage with new customers and deliver brand impression by touch points to increase emotional connection with the customer
•            Alignment on event strategy for business and marketing initiatives opportunities to build brand loyalty through guest engagement, and drive incremental sales
•            Event results data inputs and reports on-time delivery
•            Working and have insights on graphic design for omni-promotional needs
•            Acting as a good liaison with vendors and media team for high-efficiency cooperation
•            Business Travel as needed to fulfill responsibilities

Qualifications:
•            Engineering degree or equivalent, with technical understanding of related products and applications in test & measurement industry is a distinct advantage
•            High responsibility and energy, willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the success of an event
•            Defining timeline and processes by daily management and action plans
•            Collaboration and good skills of communication and work effectively across with sales, AE, BD etc. clients and vendors
•            Responsible for operations for each of the various events
•            Responsible for preparing Creative Briefs and Executive Briefs that communicate event and social projects and business benefits to internal and external stakeholders
•            Development and delivery including connect with internal/external guest speakers, coordinate management/communications, venue requirements , editing, publication etc.
•            Effective verbal, written, and communication skills in English
•            Candidate is expected to travel about 25%-35% of the time
