Major Responsibilities:
-Driving the implementation of all projects related design activities with specific regional or local requirements.
-Identifying gaps between existing functionalities of the current systems and creating ideas how to close them ;
-Providing input to the process management organization and the ERP building and configuration team regarding deviations from standard processes .
-Offering alternative solutions to plant requirements within ERP process toolbox or organizationally ;
-Establishing a target-oriented (sub-)process controlling and continuous process improvement;
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
-Bachelor degree or equivalent education experience
-Excellent English. Other language is a plus
-5 years experience on automotive or industrial business;
-Knowledge of specific regional, legal or local process requirements.
Experience:
-Extensive functional SAP experience including the interdependencies between processes and their related SAP modules,
-Preferred experience with SAP-modules MM , PP , SD , EWM ;

苏州公司于2007年在苏州工业园区注册成立。工厂占地面积约4.6公顷，投资总额4500万美元。主要客户为通用、福特、马自达、神龙、奇瑞、比亚迪、上海汽车、CMC等。目前苏州工厂的主要产品有转向柱、转向油管、液压泵、手动齿轮齿条式转向机等。转向系统于2009年5月在苏州成立研发中心，使技术研发与制造得到更好的整合。转向系统的亚太区管理中心位于上海市长宁区。
随着耐世特汽车系统苏州工厂的投产，我们的生产能力将在原有基础上不断提高，且进一步增强我们为本地客户及在中国的全球客户服务的能力。
