For our sales and service organization in WOFE China, we are looking for a Sales Engineer/ Manager with a good communication skill and service attitude to manage assigned region / industry customers reporting to the National Sales Director.

我们正在寻找一名具有良好沟通技巧和服务态度的销售工程师/经理来管理指定的区域/行业客户,服务于中国独自子公司的销售和支持中心。该职位向全国销售总监汇报。

Responsibilities:

* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
* Manage and coordinate all necessary activities in assigned region / industry to identify and develop new potential customers and new market opportunities
* Offer timely and effective solutions aligned with account’s needs
* Manage and coordinate all necessary commercial communication and documentation (i.e. e-mail & telephone communications, quotation follow-up, customer visit …) for the acquisition of new projects
* Chase accounts receivables and drive closure of outstanding payment
* Ensure sales activities, project status is timely properly reported into CRM
* Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts based on facts. Ensure financial goals for the assigned customer accounts is achieved

* 负责应收账款,推动未付款项的结清
* 确保销售活动、项目状态能够及时和正确的输入CRM系统
* 根据实际情况提供准确的月度、季度和年度销售预测。 确保所分配客户的财务目标得以实现

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree level or above in an engineering or science discipline, Major in engineering mechanics
* Proven track record of sales performance in Automotive / Aerospace / Test house / Researches / Energy / Electronics industries. Excellent fresh graduates are acceptable.
* Quick learning, ambition and target oriented
* Expert in value selling & solid customer service attitude
* Requires strong interpersonal skills, good written and verbal communication necessary to effectively interact with all levels of internal colleagues and external customers.
* Good skill with CRM and MS office package
* Proficiency in reading and written English
* Willing to travel domestically
* 工科或理科本科以上学历,机械和力学相关专业
* 需在汽车/航空航天/测试机构/研究所/能源/电子行业有振动噪声工作经验(NVH,模态分析,数据采集,振动台等)。 可以接受优秀的应届毕业生
* 学习能力强,有进取心,目标导向
* 价值销售导向和高度的客户服务态度
* 需要较强的人际交往能力,良好的书面和口头沟通能力,以便有效地与内部同事和外部客户互动。
* 有良好的CRM系统和微软Office办公软件使用技能
* 有良好的英语阅读和书写能力
