Responsibilities
• Support local B&OE programs implementation with systemic and sustainable ways

• Support and implement the established continuous improvement process based on the B&OE Framework

• Drive lean trainings and support lean toolkits utilizing Hoshin Kanri, OCM, SMED, Kaizen, SFM/OFM…etc.

• Initiate, lead and execute of planned operational excellence projects supporting the sites for short and long-term plans, policies, programs and objectives.

• Lead, teach and coach associates at defined levels on the principles of B&OE Framework – ensure cascading coaching processes

• Drive and support the development of the Lean Implementation roadmap for the location based on the B&OE Framework

• Support the plant management team to drive for cultural adoption of continuous improvement across the sites of ICS division.
Requirements
· Experience in Lean management

· Experience in Change Management

· Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills

· Self-confidence, good judgment, and sound decision making and problem solving skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Strong project management and lean administration skills

· Ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
· Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills to effectively deal with all levels of employees

· Strong moderation and facilitation skills

· Fast learning and development of in-depth process and business knowledge

· Fluency in English

· Technical / University degree in Business Administration, computer science, engineering or an equivalent degree

· Result oriented and proactive behaviour

· Intercultural Awareness

· Good command of systems (SAP, MS Office, Project management tools, process management tools)
