-Work out employee training & development plan with management team to link with people
-Retention and organization succession pipeline
-Initiate people retention program according to company situation
-Design and develop incentive program.
-Improvement plan in HRA each function to enhance the work efficiency.
-Lead office area decoration design

-HR team development and empower.
-Lead HRA team to smooth HRA routine work, such as staffing, training, annual performance and salary review, APS, employee communication and activity, administration…
-Ensure the implementation of the planning.
-Well control HRA cost and find method for cost down.
-Ensure company activity related with HRA comply with the local relevant law and gov. regulations.
-Employee recognition and award program
-O Level recruiting & retention management
-Safety Guard management.
Requirements:
-Familiar with labor law, labor contract law and relevant labor regulation
-Familiar with HR digital system
-Fluent in both spoken and written English
-Familiar with MS office software
