CLIENT AND WORK

• Builds client relationships by providing counsel to multiple clients, driving execution of tactical plans to ensure high quality deliverables, as appropriate for size of account or office

• Successfully manages client expectations, team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and programs, as appropriate for size of account or office

• Begins building expertise and understanding in particular categories (i.e. Healthcare, Technology, Corporate Reputation, etc.)

• Serves as active participant in client meetings and presentations; Crafts, presents and executes integrated communications strategies for major campaigns

• Conducts and manages the flow of research and materials development necessary to analyze client issues

• Functions across disciplines with a knowledge of social media strategies and tactics

• Monitors media outlets for coverage of client and competitor news, leveraging digital and social outlets, a diverse set of influencers, etc.

• Understands industry issues that directly and indirectly affect the client

• Composes media materials (press releases, pitch notes, client briefings, messaging documents, sample Q&A, proposals, bylined articles, supporting social content, etc.), and conducts media outreach

• Proofs and edits client related documents

• Develops and builds relationships with media and diverse set of influencers in partnership with our influencer experts

• Brainstorms and brings to life compelling ideas for clients, media and influencers

• Coordinates and executes large-scale experiential activations and events

• Leads small teams to conduct pressing research on a wide range of issues, reviews and prepare executive summaries and/or analyses of information into strategic and actionable recommendations, as appropriate for size of account or office

SELF LEADERSHIP AND TEAM EFFECTIVENESS

• Begins to participate in the hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to interview candidates and support the onboarding of new team members

• Mentors and trains junior team members; may directly manage interns

• Consistently displays behaviors that support integration

GROWTH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Participates in brainstorms and planning

• Contributes to new business pitch content creation and organic business growth efforts (proactive/reactive)

BUSINESS ACUMEN

• Continues to grow financial acumen by managing budgets, assisting with account budget and time entry analyses, and supporting account invoicing

• Work more closely with manager and finance to better understand any client issues that may impact the business

• Begin working with legal on vendor agreements
Skill You will have:

• Bachelor's Degree above and 5+ years experiences in PR related professional, consumer communications experience (preferably within a PR agency environment).

• Maintain knowledge and practiced experience with digital and social platforms, as well as multi-channel fluency to develop integrated programs.

• Strong expertise/experience in KOL selections, collaborations and relationship building with data mindset.

• Passionate for business development, proficiency in PowerPoint would be a plus; equipped with cross-industrial experiences is a plus as well.

• Possessing experiences in Auto industry would be a plus

• Expertise in not only traditional media strategies but new media strategy and campaigns as well

• Proactive with high responsibility

• Innovative with rules-breaking spirit, quick learner

• Presentable, good at communication internally and externally

• S/he must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, on-line services.

• S/he should possess sophisticated writing ability, exemplary client service skills, and desire to lead by example.

• Excellent English skills in both spoken English and written English.
