This position is part of the ICT (Industrial & Commercial Transportation) Integrated procurement organization. The candidate will be engaging with all functions to drive time to market improvement on NPI and Sustaining projects. The candidate will work cross-functionally to drive multi-year strategies and accelerate business improvement opportunities within the supply base including strategic and tactical initiatives. The candidate will work across the Integrated function team to address gaps and provide solutions for critical commodity, project or tooling needs to support the business at delivery and quality area.

Responsibilities:

• Support to solve Operational issues such as Blocked Invoices, Supplier Compliance, Delivery, Supplier Quality, etc

• Follow and support VA/VE activities with engineering, quality and suppliers to achieve cost reductions and quality improvements.

• Follow up PO (Purchasing Order) in order to ensure material delivery (timeliness, quality, quantity).

• Holds Voice of Customer Sessions with internal customers and utilizes feedback to improve team performance and supply base service

• Support the TEOA-P initiatives and Star Level attainment for the region and business unit.

• Assure results are delivered compliant with TE policies and procedures.

• Foster an environment of open collaboration with all functions of ICT as may be required to advance operations and Integrated Supply Chain performance.

• Any other work assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate track record that demonstrates ability to achieve desired results

• Communication and negotiation skills, results driven, action oriented, comfortable with ambiguity

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree

• 1-2 years of relevant Supply Chain/Procurement/project management experience

• Communication skill with English language

• Understanding of operational issues (Kanban, JIT, Kaizen, 5S, VA / VE, Lean)

• Travel up to 10-25% of time

• SAP experience will be better
