Main responsibilities:
1. Work with PMs and MMs to compile international visitor marketing strategies and plans according to the annual target.
2. Establish a high performing network of partners and outsource teams to ensure all tasks are being executed up to expected results.
3. Work with RXPH and other partners to execute the plan as per agreed milestones and KPIs.
4. Conduct rounds of survey before, during and after the show and able to give your industry insights & precise demand from customers through the feedback. Leverage these findings to better the marketing work to next level.
5. Supervise the execution for all channels, conduct performance evaluation and analysis.
6. Coordinate with other departs to make sure the smooth running of work.
7. Maintain good relationships with associations/ media/ chamber of commerce/ Bell buyers and KOLs, paying regular visits to establish solid partnership.
8. Manage English show websites and international social media, including content update and optimization, increase number of shares, followers and views.
9. Ensure the production of high quality content and design of promotional materials.
10. Make plans for international visitors’ database management, enhancement and expansion.

Qualifications:
1. At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in international marketing.
2. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation in both English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills. Copywriting skills or additional foreign languages are a plus.
3. Understand the culture difference, business behaviors and norms for communicating with international professionals.
4. Creative, proactive and results-oriented mindset.
5. Strong overall planning, management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
6. Computer literacy and database management skills are important.
7. With exhibition or events management experience is a plus.
