JOB SUMMARY：
The operation assistant will support retail team and retail stores execute daily operations and management in China. Assists line manager and retail team to manage franchise project with partners. Delivers Valvoline culture and values to partners and employees, help manager team to collect and analyses market information, store/employee situation and state of operation. Supports team collect, reviews and analyzes sales data with professional tools. Boosts good internal communication with function and support teams.
运营助理将支持零售团队和零售门店在中国的日常运营和管理。协助直线经理和零售团队与合作伙伴一起管理特许经营项目。向合作伙伴和员工传递胜牌文化和价值观，帮助经理团队收集和分析市场信息、门店/员工情况和运营状态。支持团队使用专业工具收集、审查和分析销售数据。促进与职能部门和支持团队的良好内部沟通。
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1. Retail SOP integration and implement 零售业务的SOP标准户流程的整合和实施
-Collates retail standard operation process of store in China. 整理中国门店的零售标准操作流程。
-Integrates VIOC knowhow and China actual situation, localize retail SOP for practical using. 将VIOC专有技术与中国实际情况相结合，本地化零售SOP以供实际应用。
-Keeps optimizing retail SOP according to actual operation and management feedback. 根据实际运营和管理反馈，不断优化零售SOP。
-Participates in China retail Excellent Program and help partners execute the program. 参与中国零售业务计划并帮助合作伙伴执行该计划
2. Retail store supervise and business support. 零售门店的监管和业务汇报。
-Supports and supervise daily work and development, coordinate the resource of partners. 支持和监督日常工作和发展，协调合作伙伴的资源支持。
-Collates and analysis operation data from retail stores, use smart and flexible method to help and boost partner stores keep improving sales performance and service level. 整理和分析零售门店的运营数据，使用智能灵活的方法来帮助和促进合作伙伴不断提高销售业绩和服务水平
-Supports new business and project development and communication with potential partners. 支持新业务和项目发证和潜在合作伙伴的沟通。
- Franchise model business development and support. 特许经营模式的业务开发与支持。
3. Data analysis and internal communication 数据分析和内部沟通
-Collects and analyses retail and JV sales data, support team to present retail development state and actual performance. 收集和分析零售端的数据，支持团队展示零售业务的发展状况和实际业绩。
-Enhances internal/external communication with support teams and venders, help retail team get maximal resource from inside/outside. 加强与支持团队和供应商的内部/外部沟通，帮助零售团队从内部/外部获得资源。

REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor degree or above in management (or equivalent) in automotive or retailing industry. 本科及学历，专业汽车管理或相关行业。
-＞3year on assistant experience in auto or parts industry. 3年及以上在汽车或零件的助理工作经验。
- Good communication and presentation skills. 良好的沟通能力。
- Good problem Solving and Analysis skills. 良好的解决问题和分析技能。
- Good English skill in oral and written. 良好的英语听说读写能力。
