岗位职责：

1、 独立负责非标工业机械类产品的设计工作，包括三维建模，载荷计算，平面加工图、BOM表等；

Independently responsible for the design of non-standard industrial machinery products, including three-dimensional modeling, load calculation, plane processing drawings, BOM tables, etc.;

2、管理和协调机械设计项目，负责分配和安排团队成员在各个项目中的任务，并确保项目按时高质量完成。

Manage and coordinate mechanical design projects, be responsible for assigning and scheduling team members' tasks on various projects, and ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.

3、指导和培训团队成员，根据团队成员的专业素质和能力需求，进行指导和培训，提升团队与的设计水平和技术能力。

Guide and train team members, guide and train team members according to their professional quality and ability needs, and improve the design level and technical ability of the team.

4、技术研发和创新，关注行业动态和技术发展，积极推进新技术的研发和创新应用，提升公司的竞争力。

Technology R&D and innovation, pay attention to industry trends and technology development, actively promote the R&D and innovative application of new technologies, and enhance the company's competitiveness.

5、完成公司领导指派的其他任务。

岗位要求：

Job Requirements：

1、 本科及以上学历，机械设计、机电一体化或其他机械相关专业毕业；

Bachelor degree or above, mechanical design, mechatronics or other mechanical related majors;

2、 5年以上机械行业或工业设备制造业工作经验者优先考虑；

More than 3 years of working experience in the machinery industry or industrial equipment manufacturing industry is preferred;

3、 熟练使用AUTOCAD和SolidWorks中钣金功能板块等设计软件；

Proficiency in using design software such as AUTOCAD and SolidWorks;

4、 熟练使用各类办公软件和ERP软件；

Proficiency in using various office software and ERP software;

5、 熟悉各类钣金零件加工工艺；

Familiar with the processing technology of various sheet metal parts;

6、 具有勤奋、敬业、团队合作精神，具有较强的沟通能力；

Have the spirit of diligence, dedication, teamwork, and strong communication skills;

7、 英语口语熟练。

Proficient in oral English.
