Main Purpose of the Position:
The Quality Manager, Lubrication& Marine will assist in the development of and implementation of business processes and systems to manage partnerships and continuous improvement from quality perspective. Support for localization progress and responsibility for local factory quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a business transformation driver through full value chain quality involvement in dedicated business area.
* Work closely with business leader to identify business pain point and provide expertise and leverages their in-depth knowledge and understanding of quality and its operations to prioritize quality initiatives based on the quality impact and the organizations strategic direction.
* Lead the full value chain quality team including customer quality, supplier quality and manufacturing team to develop and implement new methodologies and make recommendations to
* improve both the quality and processes within the business teams.
* Support the localization process and ensure the quality requirements of localized products.
* Coordinate the resources within quality team aim to improve customer satisfaction based on business input.
* Develop team’s competence.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree with major of machinery or equivalent.
* Strong business acumen, strategic thinking
* >8 years quality/SQ experiences, Master APQP/PPAP tools, marine industry is highly preferred.
* Good Leadership skills.
* Good communication and influence skills with external and internal business stakeholders.

* Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
