SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

1. Management reporting and Monthly performance review for Yogurt & Fruit BU:

-Prepare pre-closing for internal alignment and in charge of month-end closing from controlling perspective (accrual verification, analytical closing etc.)

- Management reporting, including variance analysis, P&L and expense deep-dive etc.

- Support on monthly business review deck.

- Leading by-function review every month and ensure daily proximity with local team.

2. Forecasting: Budget and Rolling forecast on landing, as well as R&O assessment

3. Processes: Streamline key financial processes following new RTM (expense approval, pricing and discount, write-off etc.) and coordinate on the improvement of closing efficiency etc.

4. Ad-hoc support to local team on financials or finance processes

5. Rollout of some group initiatives into local marketing, including reporting tool etc.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES

1. Min. 8 years’ working experience in finance with commercial controlling focus for at least 5 years (FMCG preferred)

2. Proficiency at Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) and experience in SAP (FI CO) is a must

3. Self-motivated, a good team player

4. Organized, fast and analytical minded

5. Good communication skill, fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
