Job Responsibilities:
1. Support compound/indication development, responsible for study designs and relevant sections in study documents, such as protocol.
2. Collaborate with cross-function study team to ensure data quality, plan and execute activities during the study, such as data monitoring, interim analysis, SAP preparation, etc;
3. Execute data analysis and author relevant CSR after study completion, explore additional information from study data as needed.
4. In-depth understanding of common analysis methods, such as survival analysis, mixed effect models, etc.
5. Experience in clinical trials and regulatory requirements.
6. Able to explain complex technical concepts to people with no/little statistical background.
Job Requirements:
1. Post-graduate degree in biostatistics or relevant field, Ph D preferred.
2. At least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical industry (at least 5 years if master degree).
3. Good communication skill, including reading and writing in English
4. Hands-on experience with SAS and/or R
5. Skills to work in a multitask environment, know how to prioritize competing tasks
6. Be open-minded, and willing to take challenges.
