- This job role is to delivery R&D relevant system applications Level 1/level 2/ level 3 support to all R&D China users.
- Collaboration with China General IT ( Service IT ) to deliver basic IT service , like laptop and IT hardware delivery , basic daily routine tools with permission delivery
- Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of IT projects to ensure successful project delivery in terms of budget, time and quality. Coordinate the team and work with colleagues in other departments to ensure the smooth progress of the requirements analysis, design, development, testing and deployment phases of the project.
- Act as level 2 application support to do Incident Handling/Production fix: to conduct the root cause analysis and to do trouble shooting; to resume the application production service if there is any outage; to work out long term solution or workaround solution, and conduct fix plan; to perform testing against the fix and perform impact analysis before applying the fix.
- Application Change Support: to co-work with the Global CAD/PLM support team and YM team , R&D stakeholders and infra team to implement application new release, deploy application/data patch; to co-work with the stakeholders to do UAT, and coordinate to production live verify.
- Run report to collect application info to meet regulator survey and inquiry.
- Creation of all necessary documentation according to R&D needed, like system operation manual , system basic troubleshooting documents , or system process description documents
Education and Abilities
- Familiar with project management processes and methods, with good project management skills
- Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as project management software, project risk management tools, etc.
- Knowledge in CAD/PLM system support area, end-to-end system flow or part of fields, better to have Dassault Ecosystem experience (CATIA/3DX/Enovia/SABER,etc)
- Proficient in software development tool chain of automotive enterprises, and have strong experience in system docking and data docking
- Knowledge and experience in IT infra (e.g., network protocol/interface protocol/cloud platform, etc.)At minimum, 2 years of CAD/PLM system support experience, any CAD/PLM implementation experience is plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, strong ability to communication with Global support teams .
- Better to have technical skills in these Area(network, cloud, Security, RPA, MS SQL etc.)
- Proactive, positive, independent, team-work, highly self-study and organized, and be able to work under high pressure. Quick response and quick learner. Excellent time management.
- Need collection support log information to generate the analyze report, so good presentation skill is plus
- Have experience and skillful of daily routine tools, such as MS office, SharePoint, Skype/Teams, MS Project professional, Visio, Jira.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good at spoken English is MUST
- Bachelor degree or above.
