Key responsibilities:
1. Organization optimization and efficiency: Align the organization structure with business strategies, analyze and improve the organization efficiency by quantitative and qualitative approaches.
2. Develop and executive talent strategy, articulate talent segmentation, develop competence model, optimize job matrix and career ladder in accord with business strategy
3. Improve and implement key human capital management process, including but not limited to performance management, goal cascading, promotion and talent review.
4. Identify key talent and build up talent pipeline to critical roles to support business priorities. Manage and operate key talent development program, e.g. Elite program.
5. Enable and advise HR community and business leaders with talent management tools and know-how
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- More than 10-year experience in HR function, at least 5-year consulting experience in talent management and organization design.
