Supplier Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree or above in Interaction Design/Computer Science/Psychology or related majors Working experience in agile project
b. Working experience as a UI or UX Designer
c. Working experience with VW is an advantage Good team player and excellent written and verbal communication skills
d. Good analysis capability, logical and lateral thinking
e. Knowledge of HMI development and HMI concept design
f. Knowledge of Cooperation Tools and Writing Skills
g. Be able to set up, manage and use Skype/Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, Frontify, Figma, Sketch, Jira
h. Excellent language skills in English mandatory
i. German is an advantage
Tasks and Responsibilities:
a. Create, review and maintain internal education material and UI Design standards and guidelines
b. According to project and team need, set up and execute Workshops and Meetings, record the meeting minutes and track the following actions and feedback.
c. Based on needs, analyze and organize resources like UX Tools, computer software, testing resourcing
d. Organize and document every in and output during the project work
