岗位职责：
1.处理韩国业务的RTR相关活动
2.识别、管理并及时有效地解决客户问题
3.监控客户的RTR活动，识别、解决或在必要时向高级经理汇报问题
4.确保符合JCI会计政策、程序和流程
5.识别并参与客户RTR部门的持续改进计划，确保改进融入到日常工作中
岗位要求：
1.3年以上RTR工作经验
2.会计相关学位
3.韩语优先
4.具备英语读写能力，口语尤佳
5.项目领导经验
6.良好的沟通能力

How you will do it
？ Handle RTR related activities for Korean business
？ Identify, manage, and resolve customer issues as they arise in a timely and efficient manner
？ Monitor accounts RTR activities, identifying, resolving, or escalating issues to the senior manager when necessary
？ Ensure compliance with JCI accounting policies, procedures, and processes
？ Identify and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the accounts RTR function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
What we look for
？ Over than 3 years RTR Experiences
？ Accounting related degree
？ Korean is priority
？ Reading and writing in English, speaking is plus
？ Project lead experience
？ Good Communication skill
