岗位职责 / Job description:
项目经理负责项目管理的运作，其职责包括但不限于如下内容：
The Project Manager is responsible for the operational project management. His tasks include but are not limited to:
1. 领导并监督项目组以确保有效的管理并实施分配给项目组的所有工作/Lead and supervise the project group to ensure the effective management and implementation of all assigned projects to the teams
2. 根据公司标准程序管理并实施项目/Manage and implement the projects complying with the company standard procedures.
3. 监督项目进度和绩效并及时更新和维护项目进度/Monitor the schedule performance and maintain an updated schedule at all time for all projects assigned to the group.
4. 每周编制项目工作报告并汇报工程经理/Prepare project-related reports on a weekly basis and inform the Engineering Manager
5. 确保及时准确的向工程经理提交周项目进度报告/Ensure the team has punctual and accurate updated weekly timesheets and inform the Engineering Manager
6. 确保经项目组审核的项目文件准确有效，并加以审批/Ensure the project documents are accurately prepared & checked by the project team and approve them
7. 协助商务经理进行合同管理/Support the commercial manager on the contract administration
8. 就合同条款中的技术和商务事项参与并准备初始项目成本报告以确保将所有可能的问题考虑在内从而得出准确毛利率数据Coordinate and prepare the initial project cost report to ensure the project gross margin is booked accurately by addressing all problem issues analyzed in the contract in terms of technical and commercial matters.
9. 负责实现项目损益目标，向工程经理汇报并分析完成情况。每月就估算的项目成本准确性编制项目成本报告/Responsible to achieve the projects P/L goals. Weekly reporting & analysing with Engineering Manager. Perform an additional accurate estimate of cost on the monthly project cost report.
10. 监督并控制所负责项目的成本以提高项目毛利率，或至少应维持在计划的范围内/Monitor and control the cost to improve the project gross margin or at least to maintain it as the booked value.
11. 在项目实施过程中达到并提高顾客满意/Achieve and improve customer satisfaction in the project implementation.
12. 确保满足合同约定的商务、技术和质量条款/Assure the contract commercial, technical & quality commitments are met.
13. 尽早的交付项目并完成所有工作/Deliver and close the project as early as possible.
14. 执行工程经理安排的所有任务/Perform all tasks and duties as assigned by engineering manager.
15. 参加项目移交会议（从销售部到工程部），明确识别所有问题，尤其是财务核算方面的问题Take part in the project transfer meeting (Sales Department ？ Engineering Department). Clearly identify all deviations especially the ones with financial implications
16. 了解并严格遵守QMS及HIMA技术文件的要求/Be aware and strictly follow the QMS and all HIMA technical documents and requirements.
17. 负责实现项目损益目标/Responsible to achieve the projects P/L goals.
18. 负责管理项目团队遵守工程规范和质量要求/Responsible to enforce that the project team follows all engineering guidelines and quality requirements.
19. 负责策划、管理并监督所有在执行项目的进度控制、成本控制等等/Responsibility for planning, managing and supervising of all projects in hand including but not only cost- and milestone control
20. 作为与客户和/或最终用户及所有HSH部门的接口/Be the interface between client and/or end user and fot all HSH departments
21. 负责专业的、成功的实施FAT工作/Responsible for a successful and professionally FAT execution
22.遵守公司的信息安全政策/Comply with the Information Security Policy.
要求 / Requirements:
1. 工程相关专业本科。工程背景仪表或过程自动化为佳/University Degree in Engineering. Preferred field of Process Automation or Instrumentation.
2. 中英文流利沟通/Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English language
3. 至少8年以上过程控制行业经验，熟悉DCS/PLC的工程设计和服务Minimum of 8 years experience in the process control industry. Familiar with DCS/PLC engineering activities
4. 至少3年以上领导一个团队和管理项目的经验/Minimum of 3 years project management and team work experience.
5. 较强的业务管理和客户服务意识/Strong business management and customer orientation
6. 具备必要的财务、商务知识/Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary
7. 优秀的人际关系和沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神和协调能力/Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. With good team work spirit and coordination capability
8. 良好的计划管理能力/Good planning and priority management.
9. 在正式或非正式场合都能够表现出良好的沟通技巧/Strong communication skill in both formal and informal environments.
10. 良好的项目成本控制和诉求管理能力Familiar with project cost control and claim management
