Content / Creative Role
KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
◼ Fully understand the needs of consumers
◼ Support PM in identifying and developing creative project concepts
◼ Translate PM 360 brief into action plan for content production
◼ Define the content production calendar, to ensure the right support for the department
◼ For the project and always continue to drive the creation of innovative content and ensure that
it can resonate with the market, such as:
➢ V ideos films, packshots & imag ery
➢ Social media content
➢ Project content for website & mobile app
➢ PR content related to project
➢ Eretail kits
◼ Work with zones and countries to understand local needs and ensure content is re usable
◼ Brief and manage agencies to ensure content fits both brand DNA and project vision and
objectives
◼ Define & write guidelines for local adaptation implementation of content assets
◼ Assess post launch performance using data provided by Zones & countries
key skills required
◼ Interest in latest trends and Aesthetic sense
◼ Understanding of the 360 media ecosystems
◼ In depth knowledge of consumer habits and of the overall 360 consumer journey

L'Oréal China currently has 31 brands and one R&I center in China, as well as two factories in Suzhou and Yichang, owning more than 14,000 employees.
