Main Job responsibilities:
1. According to the company's strategic objectives, formulate the procurement work plan to ensure the realization of the procurement business objectives; 2. Constantly optimize and improve the procurement system and process.
3. Responsible for material supplier development, account period optimization, annual performance evaluation and tracking, etc.;
4. Identify and determine internal requirements (service, goods specifications, etc.), perform supplier inquiry, price comparison and negotiation to achieve the most competitive purchasing solutions;
5. Responsible for business negotiation and order issuing, follow-up and management; Annual contract signing and bidding work;
6. Pay attention to the market, track the market price trend, find and introduce competitive suppliers, find potential cost saving opportunities and promote the implementation, so as to achieve the annual cost reduction target; Lead the VAVE improvement of purchasing module and reduce the cost of purchasing materials, so as to minimize the comprehensive purchasing cost;
7. Organize and coordinate supplier related matters, have good professional ethics, establish and maintain good business relationship with suppliers;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as working language and business negotiation; (If this does not match, do not deliver.)
2. Proficient in procurement process, more than 8 years of procurement experience in large enterprises in the automobile industry. Familiar with metal forming/electroplating/welding process is preferred.
3. Have knowledge of supplier quality management, finance and logistics.
4. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and problem solving skills, capable of effective and high-quality cooperation with internal team and external customers.
5. Have good professional ethics.
