Key Responsibilities
- 协助总监维护和发展客户关系，了解客户需求和目标。协助推动新业务拓展，并具有独立开发项目建议书的能力.
- 熟悉社交媒体平台上的流量机制和打法，了解最新的合作资源、玩法、IP等机会点，为客户赋能.
- 负责把关社交媒体平台内容产出，包括不限于微信/微博/小红书/抖音等平台.
- 有一定的独立撰写Social方案能力和提案能力，能够提出专业解决方案或建议以帮助提升互动传播水准.
- 维护和发展客户关系，了解客户需求和目标.
- 有较强的抗压能力，能够为不同行业的客户提供日常管理服务.
WHO ARE YOU
- 2-4年国际或本地social agency工作经验；对中国社交媒体格局有扎实的了解，熟悉不同的社交平台和生态系统(特别是微信、微博、小红书、抖音、知乎等)；
- 有一定的KOL / KOC及其他网络媒体网络和资源；
- 中文文字功底好，具备social方案以及social content 撰写经验
- 对数据有一定敏感度，懂得计算各种流量转化和常用的运营效果评估KPI
- 熟悉办公软件，如PPT、excel等工具的灵活应用，高阶能力加分，如超强PPT美化优化能力、表格数据整理能力等
